Hall of Eagles

The Hall of Eagles Committee is dedicated to supporting the extraordinary accomplishments of students, alumni, staff members, and community supporters of Eagle Point High School

The Hall of Eagles is a special recognition of outstanding students, staff, and community supporters of Eagle Point High School. Through the years, Eagle Point High School has witnessed many stand out scholar students, athletes, dedicated staff members and community volunteers. The Hall of Eagles will stand as a collection of theses tremendous achievements.

The Hall of Eagles program is administrated by a steering committee made up of community volunteers who follow guidelines set out by the Athletic/Activities Department. The committee meets to review all applications and select a finalist pool of nominees. The committee reviews final nominees and informs the honorees of their selection.

Hall of Eagles Nomination Criteria


The nominee for the Eagle Point High School Hall of Fame must be a graduate of Eagle High School and be from a class that graduated at least (5) years prior to nomination.

The nominee for the Hall of Fame must have set standards of excellence in one or more of the following categories:

Achievement - This alum has distinguished him/herself in his/her career or in a civic organization.

Athletics - This may be a player, coach or team that has been exceptional in the area of athletics for the school.

Activities - This may be a member of an activity, activity adviser or group that has been exceptional in the area of co-curricular actives for the school.

Distinguished Alum - This alum has continued to give to the school after graduation. The person must have been graduated a minimum of 10 years prior to being inducted.

Staff Member - This may be a current or former member of the Eagle Point School District staff who showed exceptional support for Eagle Point High School students above the normal requirements of their job.

Community Supporter - This may be a member of the community who has a long and dedicated record of supporting Eagle Point High School and the school’s mission.


  • The candidate may be recommended by former coaches, former athletes, Eagle Point faculty, Eagle Point alumni, or Eagle Point supporters.
  • Nomination forms must be requested from the Athletic Director's office and completed no later than April 30th of the year prior to the next induction.
  • The Athletic Director will form a selection committee made up of alumni who were athletes at Eagle School and/or former coaches, administrator, and athletic program staff members. The Athletic Director will not count as one of the committee members.
  • The Athletic Director will serve as the committee facilitator as a non-voting member.
  • No more than 5 inductees per year.


  • Two plaques will be made for each inductee. One will be presented to the inductee and the other will be permanently placed on the Hall of Fame wall.
  • Inductions will occur on an annual basis and presented either pre-game or halftime of a designated football game.


  • Donors to the Hall of Eagles may be recognized, honored at a public event, and have a plaque displayed.


  • Please submit a picture with all nomination applications.
